The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Baird (Chicago, IL) in May 2011
Interview
I applied online for an equity research position. I got a call about a month later from a lady with HR that quickly ran through my resume. She told me I would definitely be getting a call to set up an interview. I heard nothing and e-mailed them another month and a half later. A week after that I got a call to set up a phone interview. So I just had a phone interview with a senior analyst who told me at the end of the interview that he wasn't sure if they had an open position.
