I apply online then, they sent me an email to complete a video interview within 5 business days. The questions were behavioral questions. It took me about 30 minutes to finish it it was 10 questions. I waited about a month or so till I got their e-mail that showed that I did pass the interview, and they invited me to the assessment day, before coming to the assessment day they asked me to complete an English test is was fairly easy ( Grammar, Reading, Speaking, and listening) you need to get 5 out of 10. The assessment day was pretty long the day started at 6:00 am and finished at 6:00 P.M. ( little earlier ), there were about 10 assessors. My advise to you to be patient, smile, breath, be quite, be the best of you do not show that you are tired or angry and you will have to debate in some topics please never interrupt anybody and speak wisely. Do not panic just enjoy the day, and chat with the assessors try to start beneficial talk that show that you are interested in the company, try to show your personalty. Do not think about to be soo perfect, do not be stilted.
