There was a video questionnaire that was 9 questions long and just general behavioral stuff. Then they set up phone interviews with employees which were just Skype calls that went over some resume stuff to get a feel for your technical background as well as some more behavioral questions. There was never a programming challenge or computational questions asked, more behavioral stuff.
