It was an enlightening experience. The interviewers were kind and helpful. Although we were there for the whole day, it felt like nothing when we were done. The candidates were very bright showing their level of intellect and the type of people Baker Hughes wanted.

Applied online and talked to them at a college career far. Got a video interview and had a week to complete it. Was hard for a college student that didn’t have much experience to draw back on so I used the same three examples for all 10 questions. Got a second interview and was flown out to Houston for final selection. Was up early that day and spent the whole day doing the selection process with a group of about 20 others. Stressful but not bad, a very interesting experience. You know the same day if you got the job or not.
