Describe a time when you have successfully led a project and completed it on time. What was the scope of the project? What challenges did you face during the lifecycle of the project? How did you ensure you planned your time effectively? What actions did you take to succeed? What was the outcome? Would you do anything differently if faced with a similar project again?
Give an example of when you volunteered to lead a group through a challenging situation. What was the situation? What obstacles did you overcome? Did you encourage collaboration amongst the group members? If, so how was collaboration encouraged? What steps did you take to become an effective group leader? What was the outcome? What did you learn about yourself as a leader?
You will be informed to attend in a digital interview, powered by HireVue. It only took around 15 minutes or so. No real person in actual time involved, only pre-recorded video with a person in it.
It was a video interview consisting of about five questions, which are pretty straight-forward. But it was just waste of time considering the fact that they send invite to do these video interviews to pretty much who ever applied to the role. Also it felt weird staring into the screen and talking to yourself.
