Interview
It was a 20 minute video interview. Questions are pre-recorded, you can just play them and then record you answer. You will also have about a minute to prepare your answer.

Question 1
All of the questions were about your leadership style. Only the first question was about why do you want to work with BH and why do you find yourself suitable for this position. Then the remaining questions were about telling stories about how you led a team, solve problems, achieve goals, etc.
Virtual Interview format using HireView. Able to practice using the program with sample questions. Real interview had about five questions with a reasonable response time. Questions were typical first interview questions.
