they send you an invitation to a pre recorded interview that you can complete within the next 5 business days. When you start the interview they let you take 4 practice questions first so you get familiar with the platform. after you feel you are ready to take the actual interview you see a video of an interviewer asking you a question and have 1 minute to prepare your answer, and after the minute has passed you immediately record your response, you have 2 minutes to answer and you have only one chance per question. They ask you 6 questions, they want you to explain why you chose your program, why are you interested in their company, they ask you to explain a situation where you had a disagreement with a coworker and how did you solve the situation among other behavioral questions. I suggest you prepare in advance so you make the most out of it, good luck!
