I applied online at the Baker Hughes website and received an email to undergo online interview. The interview can be done anytime but in 5 day you receive the email.
After the CV screening, There is a virtual interview. I did not pass this stage, so I do not know the following stage. It took so much time to reply. They replied with a rejection after nearly one year.

Applied on Linkedin, then HireVue, 2 months later, an email said that I have passed the 1st round, 2nd round is held 1 months later. The process is kindda confusing and slow; you don't know wheather you fail or pass
