The process was done through hirevue. 6 Questions, 1mn for preparation and 3mn for answer. I received my hirevue email juste one week after submiting online. I didn't expect it to be so quick. The questions are relevant for the job description. Also i found 5/6 questions here on Glassdoor.

1-Tell us why you’re an ideal candidate for the Early Career Program – field engineer and share anything else you would like us to know? 2-Talk about your degree program and why you went into your degree program. Why do you want to work at Baker Hughes and what will you bring to the role? 3-Tell me a time when you had to fix an equipment in the field 4-Explain how you cope with taking long work hours and working away from your family. How have you prepared yourself for that. 5-Describe a time when you had to work with a difficult team member 6-Describe a time when you had to work with a tight dealine, how did you manage you time?
After the CV screening, There is a virtual interview. I did not pass this stage, so I do not know the following stage. It took so much time to reply. They replied with a rejection after nearly one year.
