Interview
HireVue interview, consisted of 6 prerecorded questions. I was acknowledged that my answers would be recorded, it’s usually assessed by an AI algorithm, but they said a member of their recruiters team would assess and not a robot.
I had a chance to practice on the platform to assess if my apparatus was okay. During the interview I had Alison 1 minuto to prepare before answering. And I had 3 minutes to answer each question.

It was a video interview consisting of about five questions, which are pretty straight-forward. But it was just waste of time considering the fact that they send invite to do these video interviews to pretty much who ever applied to the role. Also it felt weird staring into the screen and talking to yourself.
