Video interview - 45 seconds to prep each answer, a minute to answer. Not very much time.
My tips are to make eye contact, use hand gestures, be really smiley and happy looking. They know it's hard, but want someone who jumps off the screen.
Make sure your answers are in a STAR structure: Google it. I wrote "STAR" and put it on a piece of paper behind the screen so I would stay on track.

Zoom interview, they sent us a 2-paged problem on a company looking to expand into another country, and we needed to broadly discuss the legal issues involved for about 20 minutes. Also had to summarize our discussion in both English and Chinese.
