After completing the online application I was invited to complete two interviews. Both interviews were conducted by a panel of two people (usually a partner and a senior lawyer). There was cocktail evening after the first interview, where candidates were invited to learn more about the firm and their Australian operations and network with staff.

Zoom interview, they sent us a 2-paged problem on a company looking to expand into another country, and we needed to broadly discuss the legal issues involved for about 20 minutes. Also had to summarize our discussion in both English and Chinese.
