I applied for a 2021 training contract at Baker McKenzie London.
The application process is quite long. I initially filled out an online application form on the Baker McKenzie website. Subsequently I completed an online reasoning test and then a video interview. I did not get past the video interview stage.
The questions for the video interview were very random and I was not asked any commercial questions or any that focused on the company. They seemed to be directed towards understanding my personality and perspective.
It was a virtual interview. I first submitted an application online, they then sent me a watson glaser test. The next step was a video interview. They asked five questions.
