It was an interview with the HR lady in Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow for the December internship in Baker (singapore). The interview was held entirely on the phone, was very casual and had three main parts. It took around 50 minutes for me because we went off on a tangent to chat about some hobby stuff in the middle

Usual questions, nothing technical. More of a vibe check than anything else. They asked what made me stand out from all the other candidates that applied. Asked about experiences I had on my CV

Met with a recruiter to do the behavioral part of the interview. At the second stage I had to solve a few legal problems while provided with access to a legislation database. This was all prior to the pandemic and at the Ukrainian office so likely differs for other locations.
