      Diversity and Inclusion Analyst Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Baker McKenzie in Oct 2019

      Interview

They are embarrassingly disorganized. I had two interviews for the position, then was ghosted. Several months later I was called back to interview for the same position and when I mentioned I had already been interviewed twice, I was initially told they’d have me interview with a member of leadership at the local branch and was ghosted again. I also found it interesting that they have initiatives to support employees who are caregivers, yet during my second interview I had to answer the very misogynistic question of “would you be able to manage a full-time schedule since you have a young child?” (My work history shows that I have very much been able to handle a full-time schedule with a young child) A little ironic for an interview for a D&I position.
