Was great. First go through a personality test and then, if personality is compatible, you get selected for a proper interview with the directors or HR team members. Thereafter, you either get an offer or you do not.
Very relaxed and conversational. The HR manager was ery easy to talk to and she made the interview questions very easy to comprehend and understand. She had a very calming tone and ensured that I had time to think about my response to her questions.
it was quite informal and relaxed. Some questions threw me off guard and i was put on the spot, however it was still manageable
