Interview
Two rounds of interviews and very straightforward and pleasant process. I had a very good impression of the practice group. After submitting my application, I heard back after 2 days and got the offer after 1,5 weeks.

Resume submitted via recruiter. First round - Introductory and behavioural questions. Second/Final round - Technical assessment related to the practice area applied for. Met with different partners on each occasion. Resume submission to decision took 3 months.

There are multiple rounds of interviews, but the process is fair and standard. Interviewed by other attorneys that would be on the same team with you, if hired. Questions were similar to those asked by other Big Law firms.
