Very tough, probably the toughest interview I have ever come across. Also very difficult to prepare for. Be precise as possible, know every little detail you wrote on your CV: why did you join it/why did you participate in it/why did you leave.
One encouraging thing is that the questions are designed to see how you respond and not exactly the content of your answers. The interviewer wants to see that you don't get flustered easily, and when you blank out, you blank out intelligently (i.e. ask for more time and then calm yourself down to think). Another tip is to try to engage with the interview and build on what you have said before to be consistent and to put forward a very realistic and genuine depiction of yourself. After the first couple of grueling questions you will get a feel of the environment in the room and adjust.

Zoom interview, they sent us a 2-paged problem on a company looking to expand into another country, and we needed to broadly discuss the legal issues involved for about 20 minutes. Also had to summarize our discussion in both English and Chinese.
