Interview
OCI interviews followed by an on-site interview. The day began with a lunch with two attorneys, but this portion wasn't technically part of the interviews--but it still felt like it! I interviewed with 6 attorneys, 3 partners and 3 associates. I received the phone call offering me the position roughly 5 hours later.

Describe your research methods. What are your interests in particular sub-groups? Why did you choose law school? Describe difficulties and challenges you had to overcome in your previous work positions. Each person asked if I had questions for them about their practice or the firm.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Baker McKenzie in Jul 2023
Interview
The process was very formalized as they attended my school's on-campus interview (OCI) program where we had previously applied for an interview about a week or two prior. We were then notified whether we were selected for the OCI and then we selected a time based on the availability. The interview lasted about 30 minutes in total and then we waited a couple of days before people began receiving callbacks.

Interview
For the 1L summer position I had a 1.5 hr interview broken up into 3 30 minute sections. With 2 attorneys interviewing me. It was really us getting to know each other and figuring out if this was someone we would both want to work with.
Through the OCI process I was matched with BM. I was sent the name of the interviewer in advance which was helpful to research before the interview. Then I met with my interviewer for approximately 20 minutes where he described the position.
