I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Baker Tilly (Kuala Lumpur) in May 2026
Interview
It was a group interview which consisted of fellow candidates, HR people and Accounts people. The HR & Accounting people were really friendly and definitely make it very comfortable/easy to speak but I hope I didn't come off as arrogant during the interview haha. Although, they asked more about technical questions (maybe because this is Malaysia) instead of the usual behavioural questions that I have heard about. As this is a group interview, you really need to learn how to quickly standout amongst the rest, dont be shy, dont be afraid, just be confident but don't lie.
I had positive feedback from the interviewer. But didnt get the job. The interviewer was polite and respectful and I answered most questions. But I guess they were looking for something with more expertise in the area

It was more of a casual conversation with three other people rather than a formal interview setting. The environment felt very relaxed and comfortable, and the interviewer was friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to throughout the session.
