Interview
I sent an e-mail to the HR contact on the website and was scheduled for an interview almost immediately. About a week later I met with the HR director and had a 1:1 interview in their main office. The interview questions were standard - why did you attend your college, why did you choose accounting, why this company, what are your hobbies, etc. There were no technical questions. Got an offer the next week.
I had a screening call with a recruiter, then a first round interview with 2 managers. There is one more interview with their manager. Hopefully there are no more steps after that.

Question 1
What is the difference between cash and accrual accounting and why does GAAP require this?
Good interview process. Team was very knowledgeable and asked good questions. Manager I interviewed with was nice and answered my questions throughly. Work life balance and benefits seemed good. Decided to accept a different job due to location
Overall the process went smoothly, but the initial interview took longer than expected to initiate. However it was a great experience overall. The recruiters were super helpful and supportive. I would recommend for entry level jobs.
