I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Baker Tilly
Interview
Very casual, felt like a conversation rather than an interview. Wanted to learn more about my background rather than technical abilities. One "technical" question at the end but it was pretty easy.
The interview process was very organized and there was great communication throughout. People were very friendly and helpful. First had on campus interview and then flew out to Chicago for an on site interview day.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Baker Tilly (Chicago, IL) in May 2021
Interview
Two behavioral Interviews back to back. They asked questions about why I was interested in consulting and Baker Tilly specifically. I'm also Data Science major so they asked me some questions about times when I had to use data to solve problems. There is a big emphasis on how well you mix with the firm's culture.
