The interview process was the best experience imaginable. They asked typical interview questions, asked for clarification if I used any buzz words, and it was a wonderful, natural conversation, with all interviewers. The recruiter was amazing, candid, responsive, professional, proactive and had a fun personality. I am beyond excited to start working at Baker Tilly. You can tell they care about their candidates and employees and have demonstrated that care throughout the whole process. WOW is the best way I can describe it!

I was referred by a partner to the Sr. Manager of Recruiting who kept me abreast of where I stood in the process at all times. My office interview consisted of an interview with the Recruiting Manager and two one on one meetings with partners. The interview was scheduled very quickly after my initial referral to the company.
