Group activity section as well to work as a team to solve a problem and communication skills assessed.
Company intro and presentation as well during the day.

Question 1
Can you tell me a time when you have faced conflict
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Balfour Beatty (Derby, England) in Dec 2025
Interview
Split into a group and individual interview. Individual questions are based on their core values and are situational. Individual interview is finished off by presenting dissertation/group project to interviewers. Group is based on scenario, where you have to rank and rationalise items based on given situation.
This included a couple of initial phone calls with the recruitment team. Followed by a teams call as the formal interview this was due to corona virus and face to face meetings not being possible
