I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Balfour Beatty (London, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
Kind of long, around 50 mins, first half was them talking about the company and then the other would be about you. We discussed about my motivations and experience and then other stuff that was written in my CV so it's best to know what you have included in that CV. Very approachable and open minded people to have a talk with, certainly helped create a positive mood during the whole interview which was nice.

Briefing-Group Task/Presentation-Break-Interview. The interview was very casual, more like a conversation than an actual interview. They just want to get to know you better. They will ask behavioural/competency based questions as well as 2 technical questions. Overall the interview was a pretty good experience.
