I did not have to go through any formal interview process. All I needed to do was submit a tailored resume. The template was already provided. They advertised through the placement office in the university. So I just needed to fill in the relevant information on the form obtained from the placement officers. I also had to send them scanned copies of any relevant certificates for results and other achievements like scholarships as proof that I did obtain the results and achievements I mentioned on the application form.
