Initial phone screen was quick and featured standard interview questions; the second interview was quite long (three hours) with five different staff members. They were super nice, but it was overwhelming since they all asked similar questions. The third interview was interesting but also a bit time consuming. I was disappointed to receive a generic email rejection within the next week or so after spending so much time there, but I suppose that's how it goes.
