Interviewed with a couple individuals that asked about technical background and situational awareness. They also asked me about issues and problems I solved in previous jobs and what I learned from them. They were very personable and open to discussion about what they do and what they expect in someone they would like to hire.

Interview was similar to other large aeorspace companies. Begins with several short introductory phone calls getting to know you by a recruiter and possibly a hiring manager, followed by panel interviews with several engineers/managers. Very relaxed and simple.

One formal phone interview (pleasantly conversational) and a rather exhausting 8 hour in person. 6 different interviews that day, meeting a total of 8 people. Mostly it was general experience questions and things related to my past research and work. I came with lots of questions and research the individuals I was meeting beforehand.
