When I interviewed with Ballad, I was only asked my availability and start date. No questions about experience or qualifications were asked. I wouldn't even really call it an interview.

The process took a total of 1 month, the interview was super easy. She only asked three questions. She pretty much offered me the position as soon as the interview was over with. Then we set up times for my orientation.
