Pretty cut and dry, I applied and receieved a phone call from HR to schedule an interview. Only took about 30 minutes and I was offered the position at the end of the interview.

Hiring event, quick interview but did not work out as expected due to the conflict of what was said from the interview and what was said during the period of giving the offer.
I was given a call by a unit manager after submitting an questionnaire on a search engine. After speaking with the unit manager I was given a call by a representative to schedule an appointment to complete a health assessment.
