Showed up to a locked building with minimal windows. An employee happened to come outside for something else as I arrived and he was able to let me in. The interviewer had to be reminded of the interview by another employee and took 10 minutes to get to me. Overall, I felt the interview went well and I was very enthusiastic about the position. I was told that I could expect an answer within a week and that they'd let me know even if I was not accepted. However, I received no communication, and could not reach out myself (the interview had been set up by a recruiter. and their print shop was miles from their hospital, without a public phone number). Over a month after the interview, I received an email stating that another candidate was chosen.
