The interview process was extremely long and involved multiple stages. They assigned an enormous design task with a brief lacked clarity. They did not acknowledge or respect the significant time required to complete it. After the final interview, I had to chase the company repeatedly for updates, which was frustrating. When feedback was finally provided, it was inaccurate and did not reflect my actual performance or discussions during the interviews. Overall, the process felt disorganised and lacking in clear communication.
