First round was a chat with the hiring manager and a senior developer. Second round was a take home case study. Third round was reviewing your answer to the case with the team. The case and interviews were not so hard, and everyone seems friendly and knowledgeable. However there is absolutely no room to negotiate an offer. My negotiation process took way longer than the interview itself. They refuse to get on a call with me so I can only write emails to the HR. After several rounds of back and forth, they just completely vanished without giving me any updates. Isn't negotiation a normal part of the hiring process? I never knew a company could be unprofessional like this. Oh by they way, compare to my current job they offered me less bonus and only 2500 dollars more. After doing the math I end up with earning less with them. Feels like an insult.
