The initial HR interview proceeded seamlessly. The recruiter displayed attentiveness, active listening, transparency, and provided a comprehensive overview of the role. The overall interview process proved to be highly efficient and professionally conducted within a welcoming atmosphere. The subsequent second interview, involving the department head and a senior team member, maintained a similar standard. The interviewers presented typical interview inquiries, fostering an engaging and balanced conversation. However, the dynamics took a distinct turn during the final interview with two senior team members. Their questioning approach felt derogatory and overwhelming, resembling more of an interrogation. This approach led to considerable discomfort throughout the session. Notably, the interviewers expected immediate responses to complex case studies, a demand that left me feeling deeply frustrated.
