First there was the inital screening round. There they asked you about your past experience. If selected, they move you to the next round. In the next round they ask you to build an application in asp.net to call a public api in a days time.

First round was 30 mins telephone interview, then a technical test full stack development and then 2.5 hours of face to face with a panel of 3 Despite doing well through out (spending 3 days after work for the technical test). The final round also was not very difficult and I covered all the topics they expected (they were asking about REST methods and defining URIs, Javascript, knowledge on latest techs) , despite doing very well here, they never gave a feedback. the agency called and said he doesnt seem to understand what the reason they are giving for refusing the offer. I have seem worst reviews about this company but decided to give an interview but complete waste of time. After spending half a day in their office, reviews in mind and the process they followed I felt I wouldnt join even if they gave me a very good offer, seems to be headless and crap.
