Bally's Interactive interview questions

Non professional and disrespectful. I applied online. First had a quick call with HR/Recruitment and then a (bad) technical interview. The technical interview was supposed to be online meeting via Microsoft Teams with two people. One of them did not even attend, and the other one, the machine learning Manager, showed up 5 minutes late with his camera off. I had my camera on, and it felt displeasing talking to a blank monitor. (why would you have the interview over Teams in that case? just use telephone or tell me I can also turn off my camera). He also sounded either High or just woken up (12pm) He went through what they do with very quavering voice and then asked a couple trivial questions about my CV. Specifically, about my current role as ML Engineer, and about a couple of projects. No complicated or knowledge-based questions. Later on, I received an email that they are not proceeding with with application. (no reason given as usual)

The interview was performed in a pretty interesting way during all the stages. The best impression was from the interview with a engineering director why asked a lot of creative questions
