I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Balsam Brands (Redwood City, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
There was an initial phone call with a recruiter with standard early-stage interview questions. After moving on from this stage, I was given a timed Excel assessment which was submitted via email. The next phase was a second call from a different company employee who was not on the HR/ recruiting team and asked more job-specific questions. After passing this round, I was invited to a two day interview in the office with a handful of other candidates. During these two days, I had around 7 in-person interviews with roughly 14 company employees across several functional areas, in addition to several social activities to get to know the culture of the company.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Balsam Brands in Oct 2015
Interview
Applied and interviewed in Oct. 2015. Fairly intensive, though the interviews were not difficult. You apply online, are called by someone from HR, then sent an analytical excel test. Next, you speak with someone more directly involved with e-commerce, more of a skills based assessment, before going to a 2-day intensive interview in Redwood, CA. I found the experience pleasant and engaging. They definitely seem to put a priority on company culture, so know what type of company Balsam is and what type of personalities they seem to hire when interviewing.
