I applied online. I interviewed at Bambee in Jan 2021
Interview
Applied online, received a phone interview, thought it went well but then got the generic "no thanks" email. A few weeks later a recruiter reached out and told me they filled the role I initially applied for and asked if I was interested in a video interview with the team for a new seat they had open. . Why was I dq'd in the first place? I'm more than qualified. 200 clients and $65k salary. Seems absurd anyway.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bambee in Aug 2020
Interview
I had a total of 3 interviews with Bambee. The first was a phone screen which was conducted by the Recruiter. Then, after passing that round, I had a panel interview with 3 other managers. It went well, and the next day I was invited to meet with 2 other members in senior management. Overall, I thought I did extremely well in the interview and thought it would have been an excellent culture fit. After making it to 3 interviews and speaking with a total of 6 members of their HR team, I received an automated rejection email on a Friday afternoon. I reached out to the recruiter for feedback as to why I was disqualified (twice now) and have not received a single response. As an HR Professional, I am extremely off-put by this type of interaction. "Ghosting" a candidate that made it so far in the interview process is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I'm glad I dodged a bullet with this one.
