Interview
Awful, no communication no support: you are thrown out to the wolves. Do not work here unless you’re desperate. The animals are also treated badly as well. I would not recommend they are also condoning people to so drugs while working with patients.

Interview
I experienced very poor transparency and communication when I interviewed for a CSR position. Much of the actual discussion/interview was done over the phone beforehand. The in-person interview was primarily spent touring the facility and discussing responsibilities—very little conversation with me, and fairly easy. However, after about an hour and a half of this, they informed me that the position at this location had already been filled and invited me to restart the entire application and interview process at a different location. I declined and accepted a position elsewhere shortly after. They called me two weeks later to offer me a position as their recent hire didn’t work out—I declined. Their communication left a lot to be desired, and led to a waste of time.

Interview
First interview was in-person and if they like you they will have you come back for a “Shadowing”. You pretty much have it in the bag at that point. It’s pretty much a vibe check for the rest of the staff and to see how you would like it.
