I had an interview with the director and she had about 3 pages of notes/questions. She documented my answers. Gave me a chance to add any additional information. Showed me a video of the company, showed me around the office and made some introductions. I was to return on another day for an observation period.

Being that the current global crisis was going on, this was a MS Teams interview. It was an easy process. Just needed a Teams log in (be sure to set up ahead of time so you are not late). Interviewer was polite and friendly. She was honest about expectation which is what made me ultimately decline the job, just simply because it felt like two jobs in one.
