Interview
Initial phone interview with a member from the corporate company. This was mostly them telling me about the company. This was followed by an in-person interview for which I had to fly to a different city. No compensation on hotel room or flight. After that interview, I again had to fly down for a day of shadowing.

Two parts. After the application, you get contacted by a recruiter for a screening interview with the recruiter followed by a 45-minute video call interview with the hiring manager. You can also visit the hospital. It was straightforward; no problematic questions were asked.
