They were very nice and welcoming. When I did the observation everyone was nice and answered any questions I had. They told me the break down of everything that goes on and was just making sure I'd be able to handle everything that goes on around in the back.

The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.
