Interview
It was easy going and the interviewer was very relaxed. The interviewer asked easy questions. Then the interviewer wanted me to come in for a second observation interview. After the observation interview, the interviewer said I had to submit my government background check and then we could go on further with the hiring process. I was hired on the spot.

Interview
1 in person interview with the practice manager. A few questions about past work experience, knowledge of veterinary field, and what I was looking for in a company. The practice manager explained the company and went over what the training for the position consisted of.
The interview was conducted over video with the lead and manager. It was a very standard interview process with them asking questions about your relevant experience, situational questions, career goals, among others.
