Not bad. Basically just asked why I wanted to work there, asked me about myself, nothing complicated during the interview. The manager and one of the shift leads interviewed me. They’re very accepting of no experience people as they train on the job for VA

The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.
