Overall was an easy process I feel as though not much effort went into the interview I had. The manager was nice but the location was not the greatest. I ultimately chose to not take the position.

The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.
