An incredibly disappointing process. Agreed to a day and time, they come and asked to move it so I move my schedule around to agree. When I received the confirmation, they mentioned they just up and changed the time without notice or asking. Then told me I need to be flexible. It didn't make feel valued as a candidate and if they're not trying to impress upon candidates to join their company, they likely won't show any when close to closing a commitment. Overall a disappointing process.
