My interviewer, who was the practice manager, read off a sheet of pre-designed interview questions. They were thought provoking. The interview took about an hour. The chief of staff was also present. The practice manager at the time was very easy going. He said he would rather not read off the pre-designed questions, but he had to. He summarized my answers by writing them down.

The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.
