I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Banfield Pet Hospital (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2011
Interview
First had a phone interview with a district manager. Then had an on-site interview with the Medical Director. I was asked several questions about working with a team. I was then presented a vague medical case and asked to go through my treatment plan. Ended with a tour of the clinic where I was able to ask the veterinarian on duty some questions.

Two parts. After the application, you get contacted by a recruiter for a screening interview with the recruiter followed by a 45-minute video call interview with the hiring manager. You can also visit the hospital. It was straightforward; no problematic questions were asked.
