Interviewed out of order. Went in person 3 days after submission of application. The manager was 30 mins late and short staffed. Sent in 3 more references because I guess the ones required on the application, that happened to never been called. By the following Friday I had two more phone interviews. I then had a rejection email, not a phone call. Was warned ahead of time By the manager that the csc job at this location causes high turnover and burnout.

Applied online, received a call a week or two later. There was a quick interview with the manager. I came back for a working interview that lasted 2 hours the next day. Basically job shadowing, tour of the place, follow up with a brief interview after. Phone call 2 days later with a job offer.

Interview went well I thought. Was told she would let me know either way, she never did. She told me she was going to set me up with a date to come in and shadow and speak with the district manager that never happened either. I think with these types of jobs they have a image of what a person they want working there to look like and I didn't fit the bill. I have a few visible tattoos which I covered I think she got a glimpse of a heart on my finger and she decided she would discriminate against my art. I got I guess what you could call a hand shake at the end were she completely brushed me off like I was nothing.
