Interview
I had four interviews without an offer. The last one was in person. I was initially told there would be 3 interviews. They asked me the same questions in each interview with different people each time. It was a long and stretched out process that could have been completed in one HR interview and one interview with all the people who interviewed me separately on one call. I do not feel my time was respected. I can only assume the two month process I was put through was due to disorganization and disrespect.
I had a good interview process! A phone screen interview, an interview with my potential peers, and an interview with my potential line manager. Everyone was kind and friendly. They answered my questions well and asked thoughtful questions in return.

4 steps: Phone, phone, in-person w/potential co-workers, w/potential boss and others. This may seem long but they have a great culture and that's worth protecting w/a multiple layer interview process.
